1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BoyNextCubicle ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your access to and use of our platform located at boynextcubicle.com and any related services. By registering an account, viewing tutorials, bookmarking resources, or using our modular developer tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue access immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services—including all source code, databases, interface layouts, graphics, design architectures, text articles, roadmaps, and software utilities (collectively, the "Content")—are owned or licensed by us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Site and use our developer tools solely for personal, non-commercial, or educational purposes. You may not copy, scrape, distribute, resell, or frame any platform content without our explicit prior written consent.

3. User Registration & Account Security

To unlock full platform workspace benefits (such as tracking daily streaks, earning experience points, saving dashboard items, and accessing premium vaults), you may be required to register. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration details.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your session tokens and third-party login credentials.
• Promptly notify us of any security lapses or unauthorized login actions.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or recycle accounts that represent credentials abuse, system exploitation, or inactive parameters.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services for any unlawful, disruptive, or malicious intent. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:

• Automated scraping, data mining, harvesting, or structural extraction using crawlers or AI agents.
• Attempting to bypass site auth layers, security check tokens, or rate limiters.
• Hosting malicious payloads inside sandbox compilers or sharing spam parameters.
• Reverse-engineering the compiled output files or design elements of our offline utilities.

5. Limitation of Liability

The platform and all resources, system roadmap designs, interview mock sheets, and developer utilities are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that developer tools (e.g. JWT builders, Regex validators, SVG editors) will be bug-free, or that site servers will be uninterrupted.

In no event shall we or our contributors be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss, career interview outcomes, or revenue deficits) arising out of your access or inability to use the platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Any revisions will take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revisions signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
